Tips for getting the best out of JobCafe

JobCafe is unlike most jobsites. JobCafe's focus is on helping people build a great (searchable) profile that assists both the JobSeeker and Employer members to find each other. 

JobSeeker Tips

Its important to understand that many of our employers do not post jobs onto the site as it is much more efficient for them to simply search our database and contact the people they want to chat to directly.  To take advantage of this you should make sure you have completed your profile as accurately as possible.

Employer Tips

Although it is good to post jobs into JobCafe, you will get the most out of our system when you match people from the database to the job and/or search the database and proactively approach the profiles you are most interested in.  The system is desiogned to reduce your recruitment administration time by helping you find an 'instant shortlist.
